Working Groups
The working groups work via email, with meetings every three months, either in person if the members are near enough to each other, or online if not.
Policy
The policy working group produces policy documents for the consideration of the rest of the network on issues of drug policy. Where there is no current research to apply, the policy working group will sometimes conduct its own. It is currently working on policy on cognitive enhancing drugs. This group last met on 2nd February.
Media and press
The media and press team works on our media presence, producing press releases and working in close contact with the campaign working group to ensure the greatest possible exposure fore our work. This group works solely via email.
Online
The web working group deals with our online web presence, making suggestions for the expansion and improvement of our website, updating our numerous social media channels, and investigates new potential ways to get our message out and promote our work. This group last met on 10th January.
Campaigns
The campaign working group takes our campaign proposals and makes them a reality, working with local groups and the Core Team to produce fun, informative events and materials. This group last met on 19th January.
Membership
The membership working group looks after our membership, both paid and voluntary. They organise the membership rewards scheme, sort out social events and other opportunities for volunteers to network with each other, and identify ways we can make supporting Re:Vision a fun and rewarding experience. This group last met on 16th February.
Workshop
The workshop working group oversees our workshops programme, recruiting volunteers, training them, and sending them to give workshops on drugs to local schools and youth groups. This group is looking for a co-ordinator as a matter of some urgency, please contact us if you are interested.
